Fees, Terms and Service Plans
Professional Services
$80.00/hour
1-hour minimum.
Rate billed by the ½ hour after 1st hour.
Annual Service Contracts.
All Contracts include a scheduled visit each quarter to perform routine maintenance: applying the latest service packs, reviewing your backups and checking your Anti-Virus software. Also included is priority emergency service and reduced billing rate of $70.00/hour for professional services during the term of the contract. During each visit, we will sit down with you to review your overall computer environment, look for places that might make your investment more productive and answer any questions you may have. If additional hours are required for routine maintenance, you will be billed at the reduced rate.
Plan 1: 8 hours on-site (Minimum 1 visit per quarter) $616.00/year
Plan 2: 16 Hours on-site (Minimum 2 visits per quarter) $1,232.00/year
Plan 3: 32 Hours on-site (Minimum 3 visits per quarter) $2,4000/year
The number of hours you need will depend on many factors. An initial 1 hour, free, on-site consultation can help you choose the plan that’s right for you.
Terms
Services are payable at the time of service, unless previous arrangements are made.
Visits can include installation of new software/hardware as well as regular maintenance.
Customers need to have decent High Speed Internet and may be requested to upgrade before the contract is accepted.
